Pricing errors in EPOS

A number of Licensees have noticed discrepancies in the pricing of AP-sourced products between EPOS terminals in the same office. POAAL has raised this matter with AP at a national level, and provided a number of examples of this problem.These discrepancies in pricing could mean that Licensees' margins are reduced by virtue of the items scanning as an incorrect (lower) price.AP has undertaken to investigate the problem.
