Postpoints and LSVs

Following an enquiry from a Licensee, POAAL approached AP for clarification on the sale of Express Post items by Licensed Stamp Vendors and Postpoints. The Licensee was concerned that another business in his town was selling Express Post items.AP has advised that LSVs are only licensed to sell postage stamps. Postpoints, on the other hand, are allowed to sell Express Post products in some circumstances. Licensees can apply to AP to sell stock to Postpoints.
