POAAL submissions to Senate Inquiries

POAAL recently made submissions to two Senate Inquiries regarding the Workplace Relations Amendment Bill. The first submission related to unions' right of entry to the workplace. The Committee has released its report, and it is available as a PDF from the Parliament House website.The second submission related to the redundancy provisions of the Bill. POAAL pointed out some of the issues surrounding redundancy payments to staff at LPOs, including capacity to pay and transmission of business.
