Parcel volumes have boomed by 6.3% year-on-year during this year’s Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales period.
Australia Post has reported its busiest delivery day on record, with over 5.8 million parcels processed in one day.
The Australia Post app also experienced a significant rise in engagement over the Black Friday and Cyber Monday period with 14.8 million app visits and 2.7 million customers - an increase of 28% compared to 2024.
Parcel tracking was the most frequently accessed feature of the Australia Post app during this period.
