Licensee PO Box payments

Australia Post has advised POAAL that it will pay Licensees their outstanding backpay entitlements for PO Box payments.When the basic postage rate increased from 50c to 55c, the LPO PO Box payment was increased following consultation between AP and POAAL. The LPO Arrangements Payment Scheme specifies that this is a lump sum in advance payment.POAAL has been pressuring AP over the last two months to honour its obligations to Licensees, and it is pleasing that AP has now agreed to pay Licensees their full entitlements.The payment will be made with December 2008 LiPOMS.
