Inquiry into unconscionable conduct

The Federal Government has launched an inquiry into unconscionable conduct.An expert panel has been appointed by the Minister for Competition, Dr Craig Emerson, to consider issues arising out of the Government response to the Senate Economics Committee inquiry into unconscionable conduct.POAAL will be making a submission to this inquiry.
