Express... by helicopter!

A new express courier service has been launched between New York City and major European destinations.DHL Express has introduced a service for consignments being sent from the lower Manhattan district of New York City. The service includes transfer by courier to a helicopter pad, from where the consignments are flown by helicopter direct to JFK airport! From there consignments are loaded onto flights bound for nine cities in Europe.The volume of consignments is such that a service like this is viable. The European destinations are Amsterdam, Brussels, Dublin, Frankfurt, Geneva, London, Madrid, Paris and Zurich.
