Licensees are reminded to leave EPOS terminals switched on at all times. EPOS terminals should only be switched off when specifically instructed to do so by EPOS Help Desk staff.Software downloads are often performed out of hours, money order hotlists are also downloaded out of hours, SABS, and many other back office information and functionality. If the terminal is turned off, these downloads cannot take place.
