CEPU applies to vary Award

The CEPU has applied to the Australian Industrial Relations Commission(AIRC) to vary the Postal Services Industry Award.The CEPU's application follows a recent AIRC ruling regarding family provisions.The variation hearing is scheduled to be held in Melbourne on 3 March 2006. POAAL will be present, as always, representing Licensees at the AIRC hearing in March.Licensees affected by the CEPU's application do not need to take any action in relation to the hearing at this stage. POAAL will keep Licensees informed of proceedings, including the outcome of the hearing.
