Carded articles payment

At meetings held during the recent POAAL Licensee Get-Together Weekend, many Licensees asked about the Carded Articles Payment.Some Licensees may deliver a large number of carded articles over the counter every week of the year. A payment for excess carded articles (in excess of 25 per week) may be negotiated with Australia Post.There will be an item in the 1st Quarter edition of Postal News explaining the procedure.
