AUSTRAC compliance report

AUSTRAC has written to Licensees regarding Licensees' obligation to submit a Compliance Report to AUSTRAC for the period 1 January 2008 to 31 December 2008.Reports must be submitted to AUSTRAC by 31 March 2009.Licensees who have EPOS will be able to access the paperwork electronically through EPOS. Alternatively, the report may be lodged online at the AUSTRAC website www.austrac.gov.au/online.In discussions with POAAL, AUSTRAC has asked that Licensees complete the report as best they can and make every effort to meet the 31 March deadline.If Licensees have problems completing the paperwork or have specific questions regarding the Compliance Report, contact AUSTRAC in the first instance on their national number 1300 021 037.
