ACCC to allow increase in business letter prices

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission today issued its final decision on Australia Post's proposal to increase prices across a number of its monopoly business mail letter services. The ACCC has confirmed its earlier preliminary view that it should not object to Australia Post's revised proposal.POAAL made submissions in support of Australia Post's proposal.The ACCC's decision, Australia Post's proposal and POAAL submissions can be downloaded from the ACCC website.
