Become a MemberThe proposed Road Safety Remuneration Tribunal would be of little benefit to Mail & Parcel Contractors. It duplicates existing protections available to Contractors. A mandatory code of conduct, containing easy-to-use dispute resolution and improved minimum contract conditions, would do more to improve safety for owner/drivers.
