The proposed Road Safety Remuneration Tribunal would be of little benefit to courier owner/drivers. It duplicates existing protections available to owner/drivers. A mandatory code of conduct, containing easy-to-use dispute resolution and improved minimum contract conditions, would do more to improve safety for owner/drivers.
