POAAL is holding its 2008 Conference in Launceston, Tasmania. The Conference is being held over Easter 2008 - 22 & 23 March, 2008.

The Conference will take place at the Hotel Grand Chancellor in Launceston on Saturday 22 March and Sunday 23 March. There will be plenty of time for work and play! A reception and welcome drinks will be held on the evening of Friday 21 March, and a dinner on the night of Saturday 22 March.
The Conference programme will include guest speakers, workshops, displays and off-site visits.
Why not take a longer break and do some pre- and post-conference touring in Tasmania? All the State's major attractions are within easy reach of Launceston. There's something for everyone!
Reception & Welcome Drinks
Meet some of your fellow delegates on Friday 21 March at the Tasmanian Design Centre, Launceston, for an informal Reception and Welcome function. Delegates can bring guests to the Reception function.
Conference Dinner
Strap yourself in for the POAAL Conference Dinner/Dance on Saturday 22 March! Entertainment includes the Ross Challender Big Band. To be held at Launceston's Country Club Casino, commencing with drinks at 7pm. Guests welcome. Dress: the glamorous 1940s - start growing that pencil moustache now!

Tour of Boag's Brewery
POAAL has organised a tour of Launceston's famous Boag's Brewery at a special group rate. Tour will be held at 9:30am, Tuesday 25 March.
How to Register as a delegate
Delegate registration forms have been sent to all financial POAAL members. Australian delegates can register by returning the registration form with payment by fax or post, or by registering online using the secure payment form available on the POAAL website.
To register online, click on the link at the upper left-hand side of this page. You will then be prompted to enter your details, select which parts of the Conference you will attend, and then enter your credit card details. Registration takes place over a secure connection.
